How is this service different from other patient education resources?

We only send patients accurate information approved by their provider that is in their primary language and at an appropriate health literacy level.​

Do you collect data on patients?

We collect de-identified aggregated patient demographic data for internal quality improvement. We do not access, share, or save any identifiable patient data!

How do you verify the accuracy of your content?

We only use peer-reviewed information from medical professional organizations and national and international public health agencies (CDC, WHO, ACOG, APA etc.)

Is this program only in English?

All programs are currently available in English and Spanish. Other languages may be added on request.

Can patients contact you with questions?

Patients can email us if they have technical difficulties. They are encouraged to talk to their provider about medical questions.​

How much is this going to cost me?

We are a non-profit funded by donations and grants - patients NEVER pay!
